You: You fill out a 10-minute pre-consultation survey, show up for our 1-hour call, and get the answers to your must-know trip-planning questions.
We: We spend a few hours researching and preparing, then present our info like a stuffed-yet-well-organized suitcase during our 1-hour call.
Bonus: Plus you get a follow-up email with notes from our consultation, and as-needed email support.

30 & 45 Minute Consultation Cancellation/Refund policy: Cancel anytime. $30 of your consultation fee is non-refundable, regardless of when you book or cancel. Cancellations within 48 hours of your consultation call are 100% non-refundable.
1-Hour Consultation Cancellation/Refund policy: $50 of your consultation fee is non-refundable, regardless of when you book or cancel. This covers our preparation time and the loss of revenue due to a reserved consultation slot that we may not be able to re-book. Cancellations within 72 hours of your consultation call are 100% non-refundable since we have already prepared the info. If you are unable to meet at the selected time, we will not reschedule our call but we will send you an email with the answers to your pre-consultation survey questions.
